1. General

These terms of service apply to all purchases and sales via Slaniastamps.eu's marketplace. By creating an account and using the platform, you accept these terms. Slaniastamps.eu functions as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not party to transactions between users.

2. User Accounts

To buy or sell on Slaniastamps.eu, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Keeping your login information confidential • All activities under your account • Ensuring your information is accurate and up-to-date We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts for violations of these terms.

3. Seller Obligations

As a seller, you are obligated to: • Describe your items correctly and truthfully • State accurate condition and any defects • Comply with agreed delivery times • Ship items in appropriate packaging • Communicate professionally with buyers Slaniastamps.eu takes 0% commission on sales. The platform is free to use.

4. Buyer Obligations

As a buyer, you are obligated to: • Pay for items you have purchased or won at auction • Communicate professionally with sellers • Comply with any agreements regarding pickup or delivery For auctions, your bid is binding. When the auction ends, you are obligated to complete the purchase.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in the selected currency and are binding at the time of offer. Sellers can specify: • Fixed price (Buy now) • Auction price (starting bid) • Combined offers Payment occurs directly between buyer and seller. Slaniastamps.eu does not handle payments.

6. Delivery and Shipping

The seller is responsible for shipping items. Delivery terms, including shipping costs and delivery time, must be clearly stated in the listing. Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under Danish consumer law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right begins from the day the item is received. Sellers must accept returns and refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to transactions between private parties.

8. Warranty Rights

Buyers have a 2-year warranty right under Danish sales law. In case of defects or flaws, the buyer should contact the seller as soon as possible. The seller is responsible for ensuring that the item matches the description and is free from defects.

9. Auctions

For auctions, the following applies: • Bids are binding and cannot be withdrawn • Highest bid at auction end wins • Seller can set a reserve price • If reserve is not met, the sale is not binding Slaniastamps.eu may cancel auctions if abuse is suspected.

10. Prohibited Items

It is not permitted to sell: • Counterfeit or fake stamps • Stolen goods • Items that infringe copyright or trademarks • Illegal or dangerous items Violations may result in account closure and reporting to authorities.

11. Disclaimer

Slaniastamps.eu is a marketplace and is not responsible for: • Quality of items sold on the platform • Non-payment or non-delivery between users • Loss or damage resulting from transactions • Content of user listings We always recommend thoroughly investigating the seller and item before purchase.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on Slaniastamps.eu, including design, text, and logos, is protected by copyright and belongs to Slaniastamps.eu. Users retain rights to their own images and descriptions but grant Slaniastamps.eu the right to display these on the platform.

13. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms of service. Material changes will be communicated via email or on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Disputes and Governing Law
