Buying Stamps
How do I buy stamps?
You can buy stamps in two ways: 1) Buy now - click the 'Buy now' button and complete the purchase directly. 2) Auction - place a bid and if you win, complete the purchase when the auction ends.
Is my payment secure?
Payments occur directly between buyer and seller. We recommend using secure payment methods such as bank transfer or payment services with buyer protection.
What is the right of withdrawal?
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from when you receive the item. Contact the seller to return the item. This only applies to purchases from businesses, not private sellers.
What if I don't receive my item?
First contact the seller to clarify delivery status. If the seller doesn't respond or you don't receive the item, you can contact our support.
Auctions
How do auctions work?
Place a bid on the desired item. Your bid must be higher than the current highest bid. When the auction ends, the highest bid wins. Note that your bid is binding.
Can I withdraw my bid?
No, bids are binding and cannot be withdrawn. Make sure you want to buy the item before placing a bid.
What is a reserve price?
Some auctions have a reserve price that must be met before the sale is binding. If the reserve is not met, the seller is not obligated to sell.

How do I sell stamps?
Create a listing by clicking 'Create listing' in the menu. Upload images, describe your stamp and choose a price. Slaniastamps.eu takes 0% commission - the platform is free to use.
How do I price my stamp?
You can use catalog values like Scott or AFA as reference. Also consider condition, rarity and demand. You can choose fixed price or auction.
Do I have to pay to sell?
No, Slaniastamps.eu is 100% free. We take no commission or fees on sales.
What are my obligations as a seller?
You must describe the item correctly, ship it within agreed time and package it properly. You are also responsible for communicating professionally with buyers.

How do you verify sellers?
All sellers must create an account with email verification. We recommend buying from sellers with good ratings and many completed transactions.
What do I do about fraud?
