What is the right of withdrawal?

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from when you receive the item. Contact the seller to return the item. This only applies to purchases from businesses, not private sellers.

What are my obligations as a seller?

You must describe the item correctly, ship it within agreed time and package it properly. You are also responsible for communicating professionally with buyers.
