This is a Danish 6/8 øre grey provisional stamp from 1940 (AFA number 262a, type I) with a black overprint on the classic wave line edition. Published in 1940 during Denmark's occupation as a temporary postage increase, where an 8 øre mark was overprinted with a black "6" figure.
